Description

5-story, 340,000 sq ft hospital building in Minneapolis which was the first field-bolted SidePlate project in the upper Midwest.

Speed to market was major driver, and schedule for a concrete building was too long. Only had about 6 weeks to develop a design and issue a Mill Order drawing package.
